Claude for business: a set-up for your team

We leave Claude configured in your company account, with the rules of use written down and a video for whoever joins later.

The offer

A fixed price per team, IVA (Spanish VAT) included.

€490per team, IVA included

Designed for one team, for example an accountancy firm, an architecture studio, a gym with several sites, a content agency.

The Claude subscription is separate: you buy it yourself, in your company's account.

An AI assistant is like a new, very fast intern. If you do not explain how your company works, each person asks for different things in different ways. The set-up is that explanation, written once.

One limit of the comparison: an intern tells you when they do not understand something. Claude usually tries anyway, which is why the usage policy says who reviews what.

What happens, step by step

  1. A short questionnaire by email

You tell us how many of you there are, which tasks eat your week and which tools you already use (email, calendar, documents).

  2. Plan and workspace

We decide with you between Team and Enterprise using the table below, and set it up in your company account, in your name.

  3. Connectors

A connector lets Claude look into an application (your email, for example) with the permissions of the person using it. We set up the ones we agree with you, each with minimum permissions.

  4. Skills

A skill is a folder of instructions that Claude loads when a task needs it. We build them from your team's tasks, for example answering a quote in your tone and with your rates.

  5. A usage policy

One page: what information can be pasted into Claude, what cannot, and who reviews anything that goes out to a client.

  6. A video for whoever joins later

A video of all of the above, for your team and for whoever joins later. Everything stays in your account.

Which Claude plan a company needs

These are the team plans, with the prices Anthropic publishes. They are in dollars and exclude tax.

Claude plans for companies, in US dollars (USD), excluding tax
PlanPricePeopleWhat it adds
Team standard$25 per person a month, about €22 excluding VAT on top ($20 with annual payment)2 to 150Claude Code, central billing, single sign-on, admin controls over connectors, no training on content by default.

More than 20 people: there is an Enterprise plan, and we go through it with you. Source: claude.com/pricing, checked on 16 October 2026.

Euro figures use the ECB rate of 16 October 2026, excluding VAT. "On top" means added to the €490 of our set-up.

Our reading of the table. A team that does not need an audit usually stays on Team standard, and moves to premium only the people who use it heavily. Enterprise makes sense if you need audit logs, automatic user provisioning or custom data retention, and from 20 people.

If you work alone, Pro costs $20 a month, about €18 excluding VAT. See the detail in the guide to Claude pricing.

Data and privacy: what owners ask

We answer only with what the linked sources say. What is not published, we say so.

Does Anthropic use what my team writes to train its models?

According to Anthropic's pricing page, the Team plan does not train on content by default. That page does not say the same about the individual plans (Pro and Max), so we do not claim it. If someone on your team uses a personal account for work, check the privacy settings of that account.

What can Claude see of my company?

What you give it: the documents you upload and what you type. If you switch on a connector, Claude reaches that application with the permissions of the person using it, no more and no less. On Team and Enterprise, the account owner decides whether connectors and memory are on.

Who controls access?

On Team: central billing, single sign-on (one company account to log in to your tools) and admin controls over connectors. Enterprise adds spend limits, roles, automatic user provisioning, audit logs, custom data retention and control over network access.

Do I have to train my team in AI?

In short: the EU AI Act asks that your team knows the basics of the AI it uses, and it does not require a diploma or an exam. Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks companies that use AI to take measures for the AI literacy of their staff. It has applied since 2 February 2025. A regulation of 8 July 2026 (the "Digital Omnibus") replaced the article and words it as measures to support the development of that literacy. Ask your adviser how it applies to your company. The usage policy and the video from the set-up work as a record of what you have done.

Frequently asked questions

What does the €490 set-up include, and what does it not?

It includes the configured workspace, the connectors and skills we agree with you, a one-page usage policy and a video for whoever joins later. The price is €490 per team, IVA (Spanish VAT) included. The Claude subscription is not included: you buy it yourself, in your company's account.

How many people is it for?

It is a set-up for one team, at one price per team. The Claude Team plan supports 2 to 150 people according to claude.com/pricing (checked on 16 October 2026). How many people and which tools are included, we agree with you before we start.

How much does Claude cost for my team, in euros?

Anthropic publishes its prices in US dollars, excluding tax, and its pricing page shows no euro amounts. One example: five people on Team standard paid monthly are $125 a month (5 times $25), which is about €111 excluding VAT (ECB rate of 16 October 2026), on top of our €490. VAT is added when you are invoiced and the rate changes daily.

Which plan suits me, Team or Enterprise?

For most small teams, Team. Enterprise adds controls that companies with audits or heavier user management ask for (audit logs, automatic user provisioning, custom data retention) and has a minimum of 20 people. We go through it with you in the first step.
